We take our role seriously. We know the life-changing power Christ provides because we've seen it so visibly in our own. Contrary to popular opinion, walking in God's perfect will for our lives aren't easy steps to take. But the wonderful, glorious news is that God is with YOU every step of the journey. You won't drown though you may feel swept away by sin's current. Again, the great news is that it is God's provision, plan and purpose for your life that's worth the arduous seas of guilt, shame and remorse. For some, you've never spoken a word to anyone about your struggles. For others, you've lived a lifestyle not befitting a child of God. We understand that as well and hope to introduce you to the concept of change -- what it is and what it is not: Unless God sovereignly moves, change is NOT instantaneous. The PROCESS of change ever moves us away from the snares of sexual sin and towards the power of Christ's forgiveness. Even Paul tells us in Philippians 3:13 & 14 that "I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus." Simply, YOU are NOT alone in the struggle and Such Were Some of You Ministries ("SWSOY") will provide resources and spiritual tools to equip you for what lies ahead.
